Customer satisfaction is our foremost priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it governs all international purchases made on this website.
Returns
Return Window
We have a 10-day return policy. You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at sales@pashmoda.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Clear photographs of the item(s) in their current condition
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Have all original tags and labels intact
• Be in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping & Customs
All international returns must be couriered to our warehouse at the customer's expense:
Pashmoda, 1041 Sangla Shivala Road, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141008, India
The following costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if advanced by us:
• Outbound (forward) shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Indian import customs duties on the returned parcel
You are solely responsible for ensuring the return shipment clears Indian customs. If import duties on the return parcel go unpaid and the package is held or rejected by customs, we will be unable to process your refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service (DHL or FedEx) for all returns. We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 4–7 working days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued as Store Credit in USD (the currency of your original order), valid for 1 year from the date of issue, redeemable on pashmodaint.com.
Note: If you use a currency converter on our website, please be aware that all transactions and refunds are processed in USD, which is our store’s base currency. The converted amount shown is indicative only; the actual charge and any refund will be in USD.
Discount Deduction
If a coupon or discount code was applied to your order, the full value of the discount will be deducted from the refund amount — even if only one item from a multi-item order is returned.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• Parcels undelivered due to non-payment of customs duties by the customer
• Items returned without prior written approval
• Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions stated above
Customs Duties & Import Fees
All international orders are shipped on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in your destination country are entirely your responsibility
• These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier or local customs authority at or before delivery
• We have no control over customs fees, which vary by country and are subject to change
• If a parcel is undelivered or abandoned at customs due to non-payment of duties, no refund will be issued
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Remote Area Surcharge
Some delivery addresses are classified as “Remote Areas” by our courier partner, DHL Express. Because this list changes frequently, we are not always able to identify remote area addresses at checkout.
If your address carries a remote area surcharge (typically around USD 25, subject to change by DHL):
• You will be notified before shipment and asked to confirm payment
• If you choose not to pay the surcharge, you may cancel your order for a full refund at that point
• Once an order has been shipped, this option is no longer available
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@pashmoda.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• A video of the unboxing (strongly recommended — this is the most reliable proof and significantly speeds up resolution)
• Photographs of the item and its packaging
• Your order number and a description of the issue
Resolution for confirmed fault on our part:
• We will ship a replacement piece to you at no cost, OR
• We will offer a 50% discount on a fresh order of the same item — whichever you prefer
For international orders, we will not require you to return the defective item, given that return shipping costs often exceed the product value. If the fault is ours, you will not bear any cost.
If unboxing video proof is unavailable, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Lost in Transit
If your order is confirmed lost by DHL Express during outbound delivery, we take full responsibility. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice. Please contact us at sales@pashmoda.com if your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item:
1. Initiate a return as described above
2. Place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted

Shipping
Dispatch Times
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST are typically dispatched the same business day
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST are dispatched the following business day
• During sale periods or high-demand seasons, dispatch may take 1–2 additional business days
Delivery
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, which delivers to most destinations within 4–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may be extended due to local customs clearance, which is outside our control.
We are unable to ship to countries subject to Government of India export restrictions, international sanctions, or similar regulatory restrictions. If your country is affected, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and order weight.
Order Tracking
You will receive a DHL tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Track your shipment at dhl.com.
Data Privacy (GDPR)
If you are based in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your personal data (name, shipping address, email, payment details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at sales@pashmoda.com. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from orders placed on this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
