Overview
This website ships exclusively to international destinations. We do not accept domestic (India) orders through this store. For Indian orders, please visit pashmoda.com.
All international orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, and shipped via DHL Express — one of the world’s leading international couriers, offering end-to-end tracking at every step.
Order Dispatch
Dispatch Times
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST are typically dispatched the same business day
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST are dispatched the following business day
• During sale periods or high-demand seasons, dispatch may take 1–2 additional business days
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time at dhl.com.
Delivery Times
DHL Express delivers to most international destinations within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may be extended due to:
• Local customs clearance processes in your country (outside our control)
• Public holidays in India or your destination country
• Remote or restricted delivery areas (see Section 5 below)
Note: The delivery timeline begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and the weight of your order. The exact charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. All international orders must be prepaid.
Remote Area Surcharge
Some delivery addresses are classified as “Remote Areas” by DHL Express. This classification changes frequently and cannot be determined at checkout.
If your address carries a remote area surcharge (typically around USD 25, subject to change by DHL):
• We will contact you before shipping to notify you of the additional charge
• You may choose to pay the surcharge, and your order will be dispatched promptly
• If you prefer not to pay the surcharge, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund
• Once an order has been shipped, this cancellation option is no longer available
Customs Duties & Import Fees
All international orders are shipped on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes applicable in your destination country are entirely your responsibility
• These charges are not included in your order total; they are collected separately by DHL or your local customs authority before or at delivery
• We have no control over customs fees, which vary by country and are subject to change
Important: If a parcel is undelivered because you have not paid the applicable customs duties, no refund will be issued. Parcels abandoned at customs will not be returned to us or refunded.
We recommend checking your country’s import duty regulations before placing an order.
Restricted Destinations
We are unable to ship to countries subject to:
• Government of India export restrictions
• International sanctions or trade embargoes
• Similar regulatory restrictions that prevent delivery
If your country is affected, you will be notified promptly after placing your order and issued a full refund. You may also contact us before ordering at sales@pashmoda.com to check if your country is serviceable.
Packaging
All Pashmoda International orders are dispatched in branded packaging designed to protect the product during international transit. A printed invoice is included inside every package.
Lost in Transit
If your order is confirmed lost by DHL Express during delivery, we take full responsibility. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
Please contact us at sales@pashmoda.com if your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
• Your DHL tracking number
• A direct link to track your shipment on the DHL website
You can also track your order at any time by visiting dhl.com and entering your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
